STEP BY STEP:

1.) Download the following form: CLAIM SUBMISSION FORM

2.) Fill out and sign each page of the form.

3.) Mail Certified to: CASEY MOVERS, 379 LIBERTY ST, ROCKLAND, MA 02370 WITHIN 15 DAYS (IF MOVE OCCURED IN MA) OR WITHIN 9 MONTHS (IF MOVE OCCURED INTER-STATE) AS CERTIFIED MAIL.

4.) You will receive a written response within 120 days. If you are entitled to a refund, a mutual release form will be included with this response. You must sign and return this mutual release form within 30 days. If you fail to return this mutual release form, Casey Movers will not be able to pay you and the carrier shall be released from any future claims and liability in association with your shipment.

NON-DAMAGE RELATED REFUNDS: Remember tariff charges for shipment are always collected in exact accordance with guaranteed hourly rates for shipment and these charges are non-negotiable and guaranteed by law to be paid by the shipper to the carrier so that the carrier is able to meet its own financial obligations including but not limited to payroll, taxes, insurance and other overheads costs and these charges are non-refundable. An employee, agent or manager of Casey Movers will never be able to refund these charges.

What is okay to submit for damage and what not to submit for damage.

MAXIMUM REFUND PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE/LOSS: Please note that in accordance with state and federal regulations, the carrier will pay you a maximum of $.60/lb/item in associated loss or damage filed in this claim regardless of actual value and excluding minor scratches, gouges, determined to be a natural risk of moving and excluding prohibited or high risk items.

How customers should treat Casey Movers employees. Civilly and with respect.
WARNING: Remain civil at all times when communicating with our employees. Do not harass our employees or management. Do not use foul or offensive language. Our employees and management do not make the rules and cannot pay you. Remember, threatening our business or an employee in an attempt to extort payment from our business may be a serious offense. If any person is to verbally threaten our employees in any way including but not limited to physical harm, social media threats, etc our employees are authorized to hang up the phone and report this conduct immediately to management or law enforcement. We promote a healthy environment for our employees and they should not be subjected to threats or harassment.

NOTICE: Upon receipt of claim, our employees will do their best to ensure maximum payment to you in the event of loss or damage.

OWNER: Do not ask to speak to "owner." All claims are to be written and submitted via certified mail. Casey Movers is a DBA of Kit Moving Corporation and is operated by business management. Business management is fully trained in state and federal licensing and operations requirements which have been developed by this country for independent moving companies since 1980 and will maximize your refund in accordance with these regulations. This business cannot render services or refunds beyond the maximum extent of the law.
